Below are the basic steps of the design and installation process. Please note, details vary based upon services rendered.

1. Site assessment (pre-sale)

2. Site due diligence (post-sale)

  • Site survey and analysis

  • USDA grant scheduling

  • Zoning, permits and utility approvals
  • Incentive applications
  • Foundation scheduling
  • Product delivery coordination and logistics

3. Site preparation (installation – phase one, underground)

  • MISS DIG or other local service to verify underground lines before digging
  • Excavation/foundation dig
  • Trenching
  • Cabling and conduit work
  • Building penetration
  • Photographic / Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Control (QC)
  • Mutual customer and installer sign-off

4. System installation (installation – phase two, above ground)

  • System delivery
  • System assembly and complete installation
  • Pre-operational testing
  • Photographic / Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Control (QC)
  • Readied for electrical inspection
  • Site clean-up
  • Mutual customer and installer sign-off

5. Warranty and service period (post-installation)

  • Standard and extended warranty programs offered
  • Annual/pre-scheduled on-site maintenance checks
  • Technical and hardware support
  • Remote diagnostics and monitoring capabilities
  • Ancillary product and accessory sales (e.g. anemometers, software upgrades)

Not Included 

  • Power Purchase Agreement fees (with your utility company, or third-party owner)
  • Local township permit fees
  • Local electrical inspection
  • Additional fees for final electrical / grid connection
