With no clamps to fasten, modules are placed quickly and easily into insertion rails, significantly reducing installation time, labor and costs.
EASY ACCESS TO HIGH ROWS
The insertion design enables installer to reach high rows from underneath the array without having to kneel or stand on modules to mount clamps, which can cause cell damage during the installation process.
NO STRESS ON MODULES
The insertion rail system protects modules from mechanical stress caused by thermal material expansion and contraction from weather cycles. Clamps can restrict natural expansion which can create mico-cracks in cells and cause early degradation of modules. Creotecc is designed to hold modules securly in place without clamps, thereby protecting modules and contributing to the lifetime of the array.
Straight rows are automatically produced by our insertion rail, creating a continuous, even plane surface and a beautiful, gap-free array.
CREOTECC IS UL 2703 RECOGNIZED FOR BONDING AND GROUNDING
The entire product line is UL 2703 recognized for bonding and grounding. Rigorous materials and connection testing conducted by Underwriters Laboratory (UL) confirms that every connection within the Creotecc mounting system framework forms a safe and reliable bond with assured electrical continuity for the life of the system.
Through careful selection of component materials, Creotecc has incorporated UL 2703 bonding and grounding compliance with no additional grounding hardware. Racking installation with standard hardware alone achieves ultimate framework grounding.
UL 2703 combines UL, IBC, NEC and ANSI standards, and requires extensive electrical continuity tests comprised of bond path resistance, terminal torque, terminal wire security, metallic coating and bond conductor tests, and environmental tests comprised of temperature cycling, humidity and corrosive atmosphere tests.
